The Beverly Hills Hotel’s illustrious Polo Lounge celebrates new mommies, long-time mothers, and grandmothers alike on Sunday, May 11, 2008. The spectacular Three-Course Champagne BrunchMenu is offered in the Polo Lounge or al fresco on the patio from 110:00 am to 39:030 pm. Live music by a jazz trio and a lovely, long-stemmed pink rose for each special lady will make your mom feel as if she’s gracing the red carpet.

Mother’s Day Brunch Menu
This special meal, served in the Polo Lounge, features culinary creations from Executive Chef Robert Allen. The Mother’s Day celebration consists of an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and a glass of Champagne.

The appetizer selection includes such dishes as:

1. Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Cheese served with Fresh Garden Basil & Olive Oil
2. Chilled Sweet Pea Soup served with Smoked Salmon Pave, Crème Fraîche & Caviar
3. Polo Lounge’s famous Chicken Tortilla Soup

Entrée choices include such dishes as:

1. Dungeness Crab Crusted Black Cod with Fingerling Potatoes, Bacon & Green Beans, Mustard Vinaigrette, Béarnaise Sauce
2. Bay Scallop & Fennel Risotto with Saffron, Tomato & Sweet Pepper Sauce
3. Lobster & Artichoke Omelet with Boursin Cheese & White Asparagus

Dessert highlights include a delicious Peach Almond Pie with Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream and a Raspberry Sauce and a Mint-Infused Lemon Meringue Tart and a side of Strawberry Sorbet.
